Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 7 of the event date, the full balance is still due. If cancellation occurs within 30 of the event date, a partial refund of 90 % of the balance may be available. If cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond your control, such as a pandemic or natural disaster, we will work with you to reschedule your event or offer a full refund.
